At Bliss World Store, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your beauty products in their original box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
